The biomaterial (wood from certified forests in Finland) and the finished products are manufactured in Finland using EKOenergy in a carbon neutral production process. The wide operating temperature of the product (-30 °c /100 °c), together with the resistance of the material, delivers long-lasting performance and a smaller carbon footprint.
At the end of the life span the utensils can be recycled, incinerated for heat energy, or returned to the manufacturer for re-use. Packaging is made from recycled cardboard, which can be recycled or burned, further reducing environmental impact.
